Uptown Facade GrantThis reimbursement-style grant program provided through the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development offers an up-to $5,000 reimbursement for qualified facade projects in Uptown Somerset with an equal matching private investment.
Eligible Projects

- Window Repair/Replacement *
- Door Repair/Replacement *
- Repair of Historic Elements such as cornice, corbels, window and door trim
- Replacement of a modern facade with a historic replica or the original

- Side/back door repair/replacement
- Side/back window repair/replacement
- Roof Repair/replacement
- Indoor repairs/renovations
