2019 Fire & Ice Marketplace Terms
Friday, January 18 - Sunday January 20
location: Glades Court Building ( the Old Newberry Building) 109 W. Main St. , Somerset, PA 15501
Event Times are as follows:
- Friday: 3-8pm (NOTE TIME CHANGE)
- Saturday: 10am - 8pm
- Sunday: 11-4pm
10x10 for the weekend, payable to Somerset, Inc. (this is a tax deductible donation)
Setup will take place on Thursday, the 17th from 5-7pm and Friday, the 18th from 9-11:30 (NO SETUP PERMITTED AFTER 11:30 ON FRIDAY)
You will need to provide your own table and chairs
Tear down will begin at 4PM Sunday
Vendors must be present all 3 days - NO EARLY TEAR-DOWN
Please try to have cash and carry items available if at all possible
After December 1st, returning or already invited vendors will be charged $75. Payment can also be mailed to Somerset, Inc. at P.O. Box 876 Somerset, PA 15501.
