I know that running/walking a race is a potentially dangerous activity. I should not enter and run/walk unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decisions of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the race. I assume all risks associated with completing the event, including but not limited to falls, contact with other entries, the effects of the weather, traffic, and the condition of the road, all such risks being known and by me. I for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release Somerset, INC, the Chalk the Block Committee, the Borough of Somerset, and any co-sponsors, their representatives and successors, from claims or liabilities of any kind out of my participation in this event. I also grant full release to all parties of this event to use my name and photo for any purpose.
